2-13-2015 - Last nights Launch party for the new Encinitas Magazine, choose the Pannikin Coffee House in Encinitas to host their event. After the initial hard work that produced Encinitas Magazine's first two issues, released in December and February 0f 2015, this gathering gave the entire Encinitas Magazine's relatively new staff, along with contributing writers and photographers, families, and local Encinitan's, business owners and workers, a chance to meet, mingle, and celebrate their accomplishments. Catering provided by Fish 101 of Leucadia, served up magnificent grilled fish and shrimp tacos along with Hawaiian style Poke. Congratulations to the Encinitas Magazine and the entire Encinitas community for coming together to produce this awesome, unique, for locals, by locals, Encinitas publication. Special thanks goes out to editor and chief, Chris Cote, for his dedication, vision, guidance, and hard work.
